Gippsland Lakehouse was created by Australian building designer Kris Te Lintelo. His philosophy was to create a luxurious and contemporary holiday rental villa that would raise the standard of Gippsland Lakes accommodation and enable friends or family to spend time together in complete comfort.

Gippsland Lakehouse sleeps 11 people comfortably and can be booked together with its twin villa next door for larger groups, providing accommodation for up to 22 people.

All bedrooms are on the upper level including two master bedrooms which overlook the Gippsland Lakes, each with balcony, ensuite, and flat screen TVs/DVDs. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed while Bedroom 2 has a mega king size bed that can be configured to two king singles. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds and Bedroom 4 has one set of bunk beds and a pull out trundle. At the rear of the upper level is a study nook with complimentary wireless Internet - available even while relaxing on the deck. There is air conditioning/heating throughout the house including individual controls in all the bedrooms, as well as fly screens.

Downstairs the contemporary open plan living area is perfect for entertaining. The dining table seats 10 people with extra seating available with the adjustable bar stools. The state of the art open kitchen has Caesar Stone bench tops and Smeg appliances. A leather lounge suite surrounds an oversize 50" plasma TV with Austar and surround sound. There is an outdoor dining suite on the deck as well as comfortable sun lounges. Taking pride of place is the open fireplace with wood provided for your use, and an oversize BBQ. Outdoor speakers complete the setting. There is also a separate powder room and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
